Emailing the Cast

Once the plans had been put together for what we wanted the trailer to look like it was time to bring in the actors/actresses that we would need to perform in the trailer.

First of all we needed to put together dates, times and which moments to film so that we could work out who we needed and when. As part of doing this it was important that we communicate with those people their script elements and who they were going to perform as and the way in which we did this was by emailing them:

Once they had been emailed and made aware of the dates in which we needed them it was possible to put together everything that we needed in order to get everything that we needed so that we were ready to film when the days came (see the filming process posts).
